This year marks the 6th anniversary of York Disability Week an annual community event that celebrates Disability History Month here in York and the UN International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The week is organised by a network of individuals, organisations and community groups with support from York Human Rights City Network.
Open to ALL, it brings together a diverse and exciting programme of talks, workshops, exhibitions, entertainment and more to celebrate, learn, be optimistic and take action on disability.
