
We sneaked one of our February activities into March due to the short month, and we headed over to Malton to learn some cookery skills together! Members were taught by the fantastic Gilly Robinson 😀
This was an extremely popular activity, and everyone was very excited! Members made their own pies with accompanying vegetables, and I hope you’ll agree there were some fantastically decorated pies (see photos below!) After cooking together with BSL instructions interpreted by Vikki Ackroyd, everyone sat down and ate together too, both their delicious pies and the biscuits they had made for dessert.
