Chocolate, Chocolate, Delicious Chocolate!
We had two chocolate workshops at York Cocoa Works on 26th October 2021, one for members age under 11 with a parent joining them for the activity, and another for members age 11 and over without parents. It was great to see our members making new friends while enjoying learning about how chocolate is made, tasting samples and then melting their own bowl of chocolate before making and decorating lollipops. There was some great creativity with the designs! It was one of our member’s birthdays and they were very generous in bringing a (chocolate!) cake in for all to share, so of course we sang happy birthday and ate even more chocolate!
