We had a brilliant time at York’s Chocolate Story! There were two sessions, one for ages 6 -11 and another for ages 12+.
There were tastings of cacao/chocolate at different stages of the process of making milk chocolate and members then made there own chocolate bars, piping liquid chocolate onto a transfer and decorating the other side with (plenty!) of sweets! Then they filled their own truffles before sealing them with chocolate, rolling them more chocolate and cocoa powder. Our members were really pleased with what they got to make and take home 🙂 and there was also plenty of opportunities to get talking to other members, some of our newest members were inspired to start learning BSL which was lovely to see!
