We had a great morning in the forest with members ages 0 -9 at Yorkshire Muddings!
Yorkshire Muddings is a forest school, a child-centred inspirational learning environment that supports play, exploration and supported risk taking. It develops confidence and self-esteem through learner inspired, hands-on experiences in a natural setting. Vic, the founder of Yorkshire Muddings ran our session and we had a magical time!
Members played together and made new friends, took on new challenges (rope swinging and making kindling for our camp fire), we sang songs and toasted marshmallows on special extra-long toasting forks!
